AGM starts at 7PM

The Agenda will be as follows but not limited to:

1. 1. Acceptance of the Agenda
   2. Acceptance of Previous AGM minutes
   3. Presidents Report
   4. Financial Report
   5. Election of Board of Directors
   6. Election of Table Officers
   7. New Business
   8. Adjournment

You must be a member of the hall in good standing at least 42 days prior to the meeting to Vote.

Copies of financials will be made available at the door.
Copies of the 2023 minutes will be available at the door.
You can renew you membership on line or at the door of the AGM. (New members must sign up 42 days prior to the AGM)
